Listing of additional 1nvestPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 15 May 2023, issued an additional 450,000
1nvestPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R303.4763 per additional
1nvestPalladium debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 4,337.565 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 2,895,050 1nvestPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 27,917.473 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
