AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED 29 FEBRUARY 2024


1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     -   Revenue increased by 4.54% to R15.435 million, from R14.764 million in the prior year ended
         28 February 2023 ("prior corresponding period").

     -   Headline loss per share decreased by 17.14% to 20.3 cents per share, from 24.5 cents per
         share in the prior corresponding period.

     -   Loss per share decreased by 17.14% to 20.3 cents per share, from 24.50 cents per share in
         the prior corresponding period.

     -   No dividend declaration for the year ended 29 February 2024 (2023: Nil).

2.   SHORT-FORM ANNOUNCEMENT

     This short-form announcement is the responsibility of the directors of the Company. It contains

     an unqualified opinion thereon. The auditor's report contains a material uncertainty relating to the
     going concern of the Company and an emphasis of matter in respect of a subsequent event,
     further details of which are contained in the full auditor's report. The auditor's opinion is not
