CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms Patricia Stock has resigned from the board of directors of the Company (“Board”) with effect from the later
of 30 June 2023 or the audit sign-off date for the Company’s annual financial statements for the year ended
28 February 2023. Her resignation is due to the fact that she is the CEO of an audit firm, MGI RAS, which has
revised their non-executive director participation policy, which is now in line with MGI RAS’s independence
requirements and best practice policy.

The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Patricia for her significant contribution during her tenure at the
Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

As part of its composition review, the Board has begun a process of recruiting new non-executive directors to
serve on the Board. Shareholders will be advised on the replacement for Patricia and the addition of new
directors in due course.
