Audit Opinion
The audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2024 have been audited by
Khumalo Xaba Xulu (KXX). The auditors' opinion is unmodified and is set out below:
"In our opinion, the consolidated and separate financial statements present fairly, in all material
respects, the consolidated and separate financial position of Labat Africa Limited as at 31 May 2024,
and its consolidated and separate financial performance and consolidated and separate cash flows
for the period then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and the
requirements of the Companies Act of South Africa.
The Auditor's Opinion does not necessarily report on all of the information contained in this
announcement. Shareholders are therefore advised that in order to obtain a full understanding of
the nature of the Auditor's engagement, they should obtain a copy of the Auditor's Report together
with the accompanying annual financial statements from the company's registered office.
