The Second Interim Period in respect of the SBRN010 Notes ends
on 12 December 2024. The Total Second Interim Redemption
Amount will be paid on 19 December 2024.


On 19 December 2024, Standard Bank will pay ZAR1 562.50 per Note
("the Total Second Interim Redemption Amount") to the holders
of SBRN010 Notes. Since the Second Interim Redemption Amount
includes repayment of 25% of the capital repayments of the
initial purchase price of the Notes, the Issuer will on 19
December 2024 reduce the base costs of the Notes (that is the
specified denomination of the Notes) to ZAR2500.00 per Note to
account for the reduction in the initial capital used to purchase
the Notes.
