1.   SALIENT FEATURES

Revenue increased by 381% to R12.7 million, from R2.6 million in the prior corresponding
period.

Headline loss per share (“HLPS”) decreased by 28.3% to 19.89 cents per share, from 27.73
cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

Loss per share (“LPS”) decreased by 28.4% to 19.86 cents per share, from 27.73 cents per
share in the prior corresponding period.

No dividends were declared or paid during the financial year under review and in the prior
corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that due to the delayed release of the consolidated annual financial
statements by the Company’s external auditors, the Company’s shares will be suspended from
trade on the Australian Stock Exchange (“ASX”) on 1 June 2023.
