CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, debtholders are advised of the following impending change to the board of
directors of the Company (the "Board").

Thoko Mokgosi-Mwantembe serves on both the boards of Old Mutual Limited ("OML") and the
Company. Thoko, being due for rotation, has indicated that she will not be available for re-
election and will therefore step down from the board of OML and the Company with effect from
the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of OML, scheduled for 30 May 2025. The Board
would like to express its sincere appreciation to Thoko, who has provided invaluable
contributions to the Board and the Company during her tenure as director.
