Further to the announcement released on the availability of the Audited Consolidated Annual Financial
Statements and Audit Report on 24 January 2025, the City of Tshwane advises noteholders that the
Audit Report and the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the 2023/24 financial year has been
tabled at Council.

Noteholders are advised that the City of Tshwane's Audited Consolidated Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 30 June 2024 and Audit Report are available at the following link:
