Listing of the EasyETFs Global Equity Actively Managed ETF Participatory Interests
1. Introduction
This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements for
information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of participatory interests in the EasyETFs
Global Equity Actively Managed ETF.
The information as it appears below has been extracted from the EasyETFs Programme Memorandum
issued by the Manager on 18 October 2024 and updated 15 November 2024 and the Supplement
relating to the EasyETFs Global Equity Actively Managed ETF issued on 15 November 2024 and utilises
the terms and definitions contained therein unless otherwise specified. The EasyETFs Programme
Memorandum and the Supplement will also be available on the Manager's website

2. Summary Of The Listing
EasyAssetManagement (Pty) Ltd, a licensed Category II financial services provider (FSP44978) under
the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002, will manage the EasyETFs Global Equity
Actively Managed ETF and execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the Manager as
per the asset management agreement between the parties. FirstRand Bank Limited, acting through
Rand Merchant Bank Custody Services Division will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its
duties as specified in the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 and the Regulations thereto.
The EasyETFs Global Equity Actively Managed ETF will aim to achieve capital appreciation by
following a quantitative and qualitative long-term equity strategy. To achieve its objective, the portfolio
will primarily be invested in securities listed on recognized exchanges around the world. These assets
will consist primarily of foreign equity shares with the possibility of investments in bonds, money
market instruments, securities in listed entities that are backed by real estate property, participatory
interests in collective investment schemes, assets in liquid form and non-equity securities which are
considered consistent with the portfolio's primary objective, and that legislation may allow from time to
time.
The JSE has approved the listing of 1000 EasyETFs Global Equity Actively Managed ETF securities,
by way of introduction, at an issue price of R10.00 (1000 cents) in the "Actively Managed Exchange
Traded Funds" sub-sector of the Main Board of the JSE, with effect from commencement of business
on Friday, 22 November 2024.
