APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATIVE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr. Yu Bai has been
appointed as an alternate non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 July
2024.

Mr. Bai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering as well as two Master's Degrees in
Engineering (Mining Engineering and Energy and Mineral Engineering). Mr. Bai has more
than 10 years of experience in the mining sector.

The Board is satisfied that Mr. Bai has the necessary skills and qualifications to serve as an
alternate non-executive director of Wesizwe.

The Company confirms that the appointment was made in accordance with the Board
nomination policy. The Board welcomes Mr. Bai and looks forward to his contribution to the
Company.
