AMALGAMATION WITH REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY PRESCIENT ETF

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 17 October 2023, regarding the Salient dates
in respect of the amalgamation of the Satrix Reitway Global Property ETF ("source fund") with the
Reitway Global Property Prescient ETF ("target fund").

The amalgamation of the Satrix Reitway Global Property ETF ("source fund") with the Reitway Global
Property Prescient ETF ("target fund") will continue as announced.

Conversion ratio:

Investors will be entitled to 1 Reitway Global Property Prescient ETF security for every 1 Satrix Reitway
Global Property ETF security held on Record date (Conversion ratio 1:1).
