Listing of the EasyETFs Balanced Actively Managed ETF Participatory Interests

1. Introduction

This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements for
information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of participatory interests in the EasyETFs
Balanced Actively Managed ETF ( "EasyETFs Balanced AMETF") .

The information set out below has been extracted from the EasyETFs Programme Memorandum issued
by the Manager on 18 October 2024 and updated 15 November 2024 and the Supplement relating to
the EasyETFs Balanced AMETF issued on 15 November 2024 and utilises the terms and definitions
contained therein unless otherwise specified. The EasyETFs Programme Memorandum and the
Supplement will also be available on the Manager's website https://etfs.easyequities.co.za/.

2. Summary of the listing

EasyAssetManagement (Pty) Ltd, a licensed Category II financial services provider (FSP44978) under
the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002, will manage the EasyETFs Balanced
AMETF and execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the Manager as per the asset
management agreement between the parties. FirstRand Bank Limited, acting through Rand Merchant
Bank Custody Services Division will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its duties as specified
in the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 and the Regulations thereto.

The EasyETFs Balanced AMETF aim to achieve moderate capital appreciation by following a
quantitative and qualitative long-term equity strategy. The portfolio will operate within the prudential
asset allocation constraints and be compliant with regulation 28 of the Regulations in terms of Section
36 of the Pension Funds Act, 1956. 4.2. The strategy is research driven offering the Manager's macro-
economic view, thematic outlook, individual stock assessment and proprietary ranking and weighting
methodologies. Investments to be included in the portfolio will, apart from assets in liquid form, consist
of equity securities and financial instruments and may include listed property.

The JSE has approved the listing of 1000 participatory interests in the EasyETFs Balanced AMETF on
the "Exchange Traded Fund" sector and the "Actively Managed ETF" sub-sector of the main board of
the JSE Limited, by way of an introduction at an issue price of 1,000 cents (R10) participatory interest
from Friday, 22 November 2024.
