CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Company's unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial
statements for the 6 months ended 30 September 2023, which were published on SENS on 12
December 2023, wherein they were informed that the Company received an offer of US$26.5m for its
California property, that contracts had been exchanged and that, subject to due diligence, this sale was
expected to complete in early 2024.
Shareholders are advised that contracts have not been exchanged, but that the Company has agreed
non-binding heads of terms with a California based company and negotiations continue regarding an
agreement for the disposal of its California property, which if successfully concluded may have a
material effect on the price of the Company's securities. No binding agreement has been entered into
between the parties.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a further announcement is made.
