AVAILABILITY OF SEPARATE COMPANY ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS


Shareholders are referred to the publication of audited consolidated financial statements for the year
ended 31 August 2024, availability of integrated annual report, notice of virtual annual general meeting
and B-BBEE annual compliance report announcement, released on SENS on 31 March 2025.

Shareholders are advised that, following the release of the group audited annual financial statements,
the Company's audited separate annual financial statements will be made available to shareholders
through a link to the Company's website to be provided in an announcement to be released on SENS by
no later than 23 April 2025.
