THE CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY
(A municipality as described in section 2 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, 2000, duly
established in terms of Notice No. 6770, promulgated in the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary of
1 October 2000 in terms of section 12(1) read with section 14(2) of the Local Government: Municipal
Structures Act, 1998, as amended)

("City of Tshwane" or the "Issuer")

Appointment of the City of Tshwane Executive Mayor

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the
JSE Limited on 27 September 2024, advising of the motion of the vote of no confidence against the
then Executive Mayor of the City of Tshwane, Mr. Cilliers Brink who was duly removed from office on
the same date.

Noteholders are further advised that Cllr Nasiphi Moya was elected as the new Executive Mayor of
the City of Tshwane with effect from 9 October 2024.
