PDMR Grant of Options
Kore Potash (AIM: KP2, ASX: KP2, JSE:KP2), the potash development company with 97% ownership of the
Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located in the Republic of Congo, announces the
grant of options over 20,000,000 new ordinary shares of US$0.001 each in the Company ("new Ordinary
Shares") exercisable at a price of 1 pence per new Ordinary Share to the Company's CEO, Mr André Baya,
pursuant to his contract of employment with the Company, vesting at today's date with a life to expiry of
three years from today's date, exercisable for so long as Mr Baya remains an employee of the Company.
In addition, the Board has also granted options over 15,000,000 new Ordinary Shares exercisable at a
price of 1 pence per new Ordinary Share to the Company's CFO, Mr Andrey Maruta. The options have
vested on 12 April 2024 with a life to expiry of three years from today's date, exercisable for so long as
Mr Maruta is an employee of the Company.
