Sukuk holders are advised that the investor report for the three (3) months ended
31 December 2024, detailing the performance of the underlying agricultural assets is available

During the period under review, there were no underlying assets that were the subject of a
demand to repurchase or replace due to a breach of the representations and warranties
contained in the agreements underlying the Agrarius asset backed securities issued in terms
of its note programme.
