EXTENSION OF THE TIMELINE FOR THE POSTING OF THE RESPONSE CIRCULAR

Shareholders of Safari are referred to the SENS announcements released 6 June 2022, 7 June 2022,
1 July 2022,    29 July 2022,     12 August 2022,         2 September 2022,      30 September 2022       and
13 October 2022 ("Announcements") relating to, among other things, the Offer by Heriot Properties
and the parties acting in concert with it (collectively, "Heriot") to acquire Safari Shares other than those
held by them and the SP Safari Shares.

Capitalised terms in this announcement bear the same meaning as in the Announcements.

Heriot's general offer circular was published on Thursday, 13 October 2022 ("Offer Circular").
Regulation 102(9) of the Companies Regulations, 2011, provides that the independent board of Safari
is required to post the offeree response circular ("Response Circular") within 20 business days after
the Offer Circular has been posted.

Shareholders are advised that the TRP has granted an extension to the date by which the Company
must post the Response Circular to 23 November 2022 ("Revised Date"). Safari is looking to be in a
position to publish the Response Circular by no later than the Revised Date.

Further updates and consequent changes to the timetable for the Offer, if any, will be provided to Safari
shareholders in due course.
