AMENDMENTS TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE ZAR10,000,000,000
DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME

Noteholders are advised that KAP has amended and restated the information statement in respect of the
ZAR10,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (the "Information Statement").

The amendments to the Information Statement primarily relate to updates of the following sections:

1. Risks relating to the Issuer's business;
2. Business description of KAP, including amendments to the operations, management strategy, board of
   directors and corporate governance;
3. Description of the guarantors, being KAP Automotive Proprietary Limited, PG Bison Proprietary Limited,
   Restonic Proprietary Limited, Safripol Proprietary Limited, Unitrans Passenger Proprietary Limited and
   Unitrans Supply Chain Solutions Proprietary Limited; and
4. General information, particularly the JSE Debt Sponsor details.
