Growthpoint would like to refer shareholders to the announcement released on 1 July 2013 as regards
the Unipalm Specific Repurchase (as defined in such announcement) wherein, under paragraph 9,
dealings in securities by associates of directors were detailed. Following the completion of the Unipalm
Specific Repurchase on 3 March 2014, Growthpoint wishes to announce the final dealings in securities
by associates of directors, which serves as an update to the announcement of 1 July 2013.
