company secretary of Rex Trueform following the award of nil cost shares (the "Awards") in terms of the
Rex Trueform Group Limited Share Incentive Scheme (the "Scheme"). The Awards will vest in five equal
tranches over five years commencing in June 2024, with the final vesting date being on or before 30 June
