DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES IN CLICKS GROUP LIMITED

On 5 September 2024 the Company received a notice from JP Morgan Chase & Co.
that on 4 September 2024 it disposed of a beneficial interest in ordinary shares in the
Company such that its total beneficial interest decreased from 10.19% to 7.51% of
the ordinary shares in issue.

On 4 September 2024, the Company received a notice from JP Morgan Chase & Co.
that on 4 September 2024 it disposed of a beneficial interest in ordinary shares in the
Company such that its total beneficial interest decreased from 7.51% to 4.94% of the
ordinary shares in issue.

The Company will file the required two notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel,
per section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2008.
