New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL297

Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of R250,000,000 (two
hundred fifty million Rand) senior unsecured mixed rate Notes (stock code IBL297), under
Investec Bank Limited's Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme,
dated 17 March 2021.

The IBL297 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
31 May 2024 with effect from commencement of trade.
