dealings in securities of Accelerate by entities controlled by Mr MN Georgiou, a non-executive
director of the Company ("Director"), shareholders and noteholders are hereby advised that
no clearance to trade was required to be obtained by the Director as he had no discretion on
the trading of the shares resulting from a funder exercising its security rights in terms of an
existing lending agreement.
