The First Interim Period in respect of the SBRN55 Notes ends on
24 April 2025. The Total First Interim Redemption Amount will
be paid on 24 April 2025.

On 24 April 2025, Standard Bank will pay ZAR295.00 per Note
("the Total First Interim Payment Amount") to the holders of
SBRN55 Notes. Since the Total First Interim Payment Amount
includes repayment of 25% of the capital of the initial purchase
price of the Notes, the Issuer will on 24 April 2025 reduce the
base costs of the Notes (that is the specified denomination of
the Notes) to ZAR750.00 per Note to account for the reduction
in the initial capital used to purchase the Notes.
