Accordingly, a deemed approval of the Turkish Competition Board for the Disposal referred to in paragraph 5.2.1.2 of the Disposal Circular has been received and the relevant Condition has been fulfilled. Implementation of the Disposal remains subject to the fulfilment or waiver of the remaining Condition, being the execution by the relevant Mutlu Group companies of a financing agreement, as referred to in paragraph 5.2.1.3 of the Disposal Circular ("Outstanding Condition").
