CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the joint Business Rescue Practitioners
("Joint BRPs") hereby notify shareholders that Mr Otis Tshabalala, Ms Zandile Kogo and Ms Sandra
Mqina have resigned from the board of directors of Rebosis with effect from 13 February 2024. Rebosis
would like to thank these directors for their contribution to the Company and wish them all the best for
their future endeavours.

Shareholders are reminded that during Business Rescue proceedings, the Joint BRPs have full
management control of the Company in substitution for its board and pre-existing management.
Shareholders will be updated in due course as to the current state of affairs as regards the Business
Rescue process.
