FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the various cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 11
September 2023, the board of directors of Clientèle hereby advises all
shareholders that Clientèle remains in negotiations with third parties with a
view to pursuing a potential acquisition in the insurance sector which, if
successfully concluded, could have an impact on the Clientèle share price.

Clientèle continues to caution shareholders that there is no certainty at this
stage that the negotiations will lead to any formal transaction being concluded
and accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
trading in their Clientèle shares until a further announcement is made.
