MISLEADING INFORMATION CIRCULATED TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that it has come to the attention of the board of directors of the
Company (“the board”) that there is certain misleading information that has been circulated to
shareholders alluding to a link between the Company and the board, the information distributed
and persons behind the email address “webmaster@afristratpumpanddump.co.za”, the website
address “https://afristrattradeltd.com” and certain whatsapp profile(s) (“the platforms”).
The board wishes to assure shareholders that neither the Company nor the board are associated
or linked to any of these persons, the platforms and/or the information distributed through these
platforms and that all these platforms are peddling falsehoods under the name of the Company
and the board.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company is pursuing legal action against the persons
behind these platforms. Further announcements in this regard will be published in due course,
should it be necessary.
