UPDATE ON AMENDMENT OF THE INVESTMENT POLICY OF THE 1NVEST SWIX 40 ETF

   1. Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 20 December 2024 regarding the
       amendment of the investment policy amendments of the 1nvest Swix 40 ETF (the "Portfolio").
       Please note that due to the benchmark change from FTSE/JSE Capped SWIX Top40 to
       FTSE/JSE Capped SWIX All Share Index, the fund will perform a unit consolidation on ex-
       date 08 January 2025 at a ratio 0.92845:1 to align the price of each ETF to the new index,
       FTSE/JSE Capped SWIX All Share Index.


   2. ETFSWX40 currently has 177,240,387 units and the number of securities issued pursuant to
       the consolidation will be reduced to 164,715,997. There will be fractional entitlements
       whereby holdings with fractions are rounded down to a whole number and the value of the
       fraction will be paid out.


   3. Furthermore, the portfolio name change from 1nvest SWIX 40 ETF to 1nvest Capped SWIX
       ETF will be delayed until further notice.
