Noteholders are further advised that the audit report on the 2023 financial statements of the Issuer was
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
AN UPDATE TO INFORMATION INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE
Noteholders are further advised that pursuant to paragraphs 4.21 and 6.55 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings
Requirements, the updated King IV report, incorporated by reference in the Issuer??s programme memorandum,
has been updated.
The King IV report will be made available through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person
requesting inspection and on the Issuer??s website at https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/nitro-programme
