Noteholders are referred to announcement released on SENS, dated 20 November
2024, with the details of the information that the Issuer will be made
available in the virtual data room.


VDR Information:
The Issuer intends to make available a third set of information files to
Noteholders as prepared by the appointed Servicer of the Borrower, which are
summarised below, by making it available in the VDR today by 12:00 –
  •   Weekly detailed operational updates on Bridge Taxi Finance No 6 (RF)
      (Pty) Ltd ("BTF6") from the servicer (BTF6\Weekly Servicer Operational
      Update Reports\....27-11-2024);
  •   Monthly detailed management accounts of BTF6 (BTF6\Management
      Accounts\....OCT 2024); and
  •   Detailed loan book data and stock information (BTF6\LB Data and Stock
      Information\....BT6 20241031).


Noteholders and potential investors are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Notes issued in respect of in respect of Transaction No. 7
– Bridge Taxi Finance, with stock codes RED706 and RED707.


Noteholders will be informed when updated information is to be uploaded to the
VDR.


Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice and not otherwise defined
herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms and expressions in the
programme memorandum issued by the Issuer in relation to the Programme dated 29
May 2015 (the "Programme Memorandum"), and the Applicable Pricing Supplements
in relation to Transaction No. 7 – Bridge Taxi Finance.
