Noteholders attention is drawn the transaction status update provided on page 9
of the report, following the events reported on 31 January 2024, and
particularly the occurrence of an Event of Default, followed by the suspension
of the Notes in relation to Transaction No. 1 effective 10 October 2024.


Further      updates   will    be    made   following   developments   and   as    circumstances
demand.


Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice and not otherwise defined
herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms and expressions in the
programme memorandum issued by the Issuer in relation to the Master Programme
Memorandum dated 22 February 2022, the Applicable Issuer Supplement issued by
