NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS TO LIFE HEALTHCARE FUNDING'S PROGRAMME, THE GUARANTEE
AND THE PRICING SUPPLEMENTS ISSUED UNDER THE PROGRAMME
Life Healthcare Funding has received approval from the JSE Limited (the JSE), and the noteholders of the notes
issued under the Issuer's ZAR 7 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme Memorandum (the
Programme), on its amended and restated programme memorandum (Amended Programme Memorandum), the
guarantee and the LHC01 and LHC02 applicable pricing supplements (the Pricing Supplements) dated 22
February 2024 (collectively the Amended Documents). A summary of the changes effected in the Amended
Programme Memorandum is provided below:
• Updates to the Documents Incorporated by Reference section to cater for the latest available annual
financial statements of the Issuer and the guarantors;
• Correction to the wording under conditions 8.1 and 8.5.1 of the Amended Programme Memorandum;
• The inclusion of a further condition 8.6 to the Amended Programme Memorandum to cater for the ability to
release guarantors to the Programme;
• The inclusion of a new recordal at the beginning of the guarantee addressing the amended and restatement
terms and conditions of the guarantee;
• The correction of the wording in clause 12.2 of the guarantee;
• Updates to the terms and conditions of the guarantee to include clauses 22 and 23 of the guarantee to cater
for the release of guarantors to the Programme;
• Updates to the Amended Documents to cater for the removal of Alliance Medical Limited as a guarantor to
the Programme; and
• Other ancillary updates to give effect to these amendments.
The Amended Documents are available through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person
requesting inspection and on the website at:

The amended Programme and Pricing Supplements will also be made available for inspection on the JSE's
website, www.jse.co.za.
