APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


In accordance with paragraph 6.39(b) of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Siphamandla
Mthethwa will leave the employ of ACSA as the CFO on 31 May 2023.

The Board of Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd has appointed Ms
Lindani Mukhudwani as the acting Chief Financial Officer of ACSA with
effect from 1 June 2023, and she will become an executive director by
virtue of this appointment. Ms Lindani Mukhudwani is currently employed
as a Group Manager: Financial Control at ACSA.
