CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MEMBERSHIP OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Shareholders and noteholders of Accelerate are advised that Mr Dawid Wandrag is to retire as joint
chief executive officer of Accelerate with effect from 31 August 2024 due to his impending emigration
from South Africa. In addition, Mr Wandrag has served as a member of the company's investment
committee since 1 May 2019, which he will also retire from with effect from 31 August 2024.

The board of directors of Accelerate (the "board") would like to thank Mr Wandrag for his dedication,
diligence and commitment during his tenure, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Consequently, Mr Abri Schneider, who has served as joint chief executive officer of Accelerate alongside
Mr Wandrag since 1 April 2023, was appointed by the board on 24 July 2024 as the company's chief
executive officer with effect from 1 September 2024.
