RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF RECORDING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company held today,
24 May 2023 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting dispatched to shareholders on 22 March 2023),
all of the resolutions tabled were passed by the requisite majority of Astoria shareholders, except for ordinary
resolution number 7 and special resolution number 11.
A recording of the annual general meeting will be made available on the Company’s website under the Investor
Relations section at www.astoria.mu
Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:
- total number of Astoria shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting: 56 000 000
- total number of Astoria shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 44 357 436,
being 79.21% of total number of Astoria shares that were eligible to vote at the annual general meeting.
