Further to the share purchase programme announced on 21 November 2022 (“share repurchase
programme”), the following purchases were made:

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE

Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec
plc’s ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:          101,332
Lowest price paid per share                             R104.8800
Highest price paid per share                            R105.7700

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual
financial statements of the Investec Group.

Since 3rd of October, the Company has purchased 22,329,516 shares at a cost (including dealing and
associated costs) of R2,308,767,601.87
