Notice of delay in publication of Financial Results

South African Securitisation Programme (RF) Limited
(Registration No: 1991/002706/06)
Formerly called South African Securitisation Programme (Proprietary)
Limited
(with registration number 1991/002706/07)
("South African Securitisation Programme")
Incorporated with limited liability in the Republic of South Africa

NOTICE OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS

Noteholders are hereby advised that South African Securitisation
Programme (RF) Limited ("SASP") annual financial results for the year
ended 30 June 2023 ("Results") will not be published on 31 October
2023 as required in terms of paragraphs 6.15 of the Debt Listings
Requirements ("DLR's").

Noteholders are referred to the publication of the annual financial
statements of Sasfin Holdings Limited ("Sasfin AFS") on SENS on 31
October 2023. The Sasfin AFS were delayed due to the impact of prior
year restatements and consequential substantive audit work, together
with the occurrence of post balance sheet events. This delay had a
consequential knock-on effect on the timing and finalisation of the
Annual Financial Statements of SASP ("SASP AFS").

Finalisation of the Sasfin AFS included substantial audit work in
relation to SASP and as such the SASP audit is largely complete. The
SASP AFS are in the process of being finalised for release on or
before 30 November 2023.
