DELAY IN PAYMENT OF CLEAN-OUT DIVIDEND


Shareholders are referred to the dividend declaration and finalisation announcements released on SENS on
Monday, 28 August 2023 and Monday, 11 September 2023 regarding the clean-out dividend of 20 cents per
Advanced Health Share (the “Clean-out dividend”).

Shareholders are advised that payment of the Clean-out dividend has been delayed due to unforeseen
circumstances and will now be paid to Advanced Health shareholders on Wednesday, 27 September 2023.
