INTERIM RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND HYBRID PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South African focused REIT that owns a portfolio of retail, office, industrial and residential assets across
South Africa, will release its unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial results for the six months ended
28 February 2023 (the "interim results") on SENS on Wednesday, 17 May 2023.

Management will host a briefing on the interim results as follows:
