PROJECT ARBITRATION AWARD


With respect to the mechanical project termination, as noted in the commentary relating to the Inland Region
included in the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Results for the 6 months ended 31 August 2022 released
on 24 November 2022, the arbitration process has been completed and an award has been made. Stefanutti
Stocks was awarded R90,7 million excluding legal fees. The legal fees, to be taxed in accordance with the
High Court tariff, have also been awarded. As soon as this process has been completed, shareholders will be
advised accordingly.
