NOTICE OF AGM
Capital & Regional today announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10:00 am (UK
Time) / 11:00 am (SA Time) on Monday 3 June 2024 at Deutsche Numis, 45 Gresham Street London, EC2V 7BF.
Shareholders must be registered in the Register of Members of the Company at 6.30 pm on Thursday, 30 May 2024, to
be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
In connection with this, the following documents are available to shareholders and will be posted shortly:
- Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM")
- Form of Proxy
- Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 December 2023
Copies of the documents are available in the 'Investor Info' section of the Capital & Regional website at capreg.com and
