RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

AYO ("the Board") hereby notifies shareholders that Mrs Valentine Dzvova has resigned as a non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 12 December 2023.

The Board would like to thank Mrs Dzvova for her valuable contribution to the Company.
