Shareholders are hereby advised that in accordance with the provisions of section 150(5)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, the holders of the requisite majority of the creditors' voting interests voted in favour of extending the date of publication of the Company's amended business rescue plan to no later than 24 November 2023. The meeting to determine the future of the Company will be held no later than 30 November 2023.
