UPDATE TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT

Pursuant to paragraphs 4.10 and 6.21 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings and Specialist Securities
Requirements, Pepkor advises noteholders that the Information Statement incorporated by reference
in Pepkor's ZAR 10 billion Domestic Medium Term Note Programme has been updated.

The updated Information Statement dated 17 January 2025 is available for inspection through a secure
electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection and on the Pepkor website at:

AVAILABILITY OF GUARANTOR'S ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Noteholders are further advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September
2024 of Pepkor Trading Proprietary Limited ("Guarantor's AFS"), the guarantor to the Company's
Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, are available for inspection at the registered office of Pepkor.

Noteholders are further advised that the audit report issued on the Guarantor's AFS was unqualified.
