NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL HOLDERS OF SSN174 ZAR75,000,000 FLOATING
RATE LISTED NOTES DUE 28 February 2027 (Stock Code: SSN174 and
ISIN Code: ZAG000188434) (the "Note") issued in terms of The
Standard Bank of South Africa Limited's Structured Note Programme
dated     26    January     2021     (the    "Programme"))     on
22 July 2022. Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined in
this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Pricing
Supplement of the Note, as read with the Programme Memorandum.


Noteholders are hereby advised that, in accordance with the
provisions of the Pricing Supplement of the Note, "Spread(t)" (as
set out in paragraph 84) will be 0.94% for the purpose of each
Interest Determination Date falling within the Period of Validity
commencing on, and including, 28 February 2024 and concluding on,
but excluding, 30 August 2024.


Notice is given to Noteholders for information purposes only.   No
action is required by Noteholders.
