The Wesizwe board of directors therefore wishes to advise shareholders that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that, for the six months ended 30 June 2023, the Company will report: - a loss per share of between 59.22 cents and 60.04 cents, representing an increase in loss per share of between 55.13 cents and 55.95 cents compared to the loss per share of 4.09 cents reported for the previous comparable period, being the six months ended 30 June 2022; and - a headline loss per share of between 59.22 cents and 60.04 cents, representing an increase in headline loss per share of between 55.13 cents and 55.95 cents compared to the headline loss per share of 4.09 cents reported for the previous comparable period, being the six months ended 30 June 2022.
