CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
paragraph 6.39(c) of the Debt Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company
("the Board") wishes to advise shareholders of the following changes to the Board
committees, with effect from 5 February 2024:

•   Nangamso (Nan) Mankai, a non-executive director of the Company, has stepped down as
    chairperson and member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company;
•   Cora Fernandez has been appointed as chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee of
    the Company; and
•   Lerato Molebatsi has been appointed as member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation
    Committee.

Following these changes, the relevant Board committees will comprise the following members:

Audit and Risk Committee:
• Cora Fernandez (chairperson)
• Douglas Ramaphosa
• Themba Baloyi

Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee:
• Prof. Sibongile Muthwa (chairperson)
• Douglas Ramaphosa
• Lerato Molebatsi
• Cobus Loubser (CEO)
