Anglo American Platinum announces that Elizna Viljoen has resigned as Company Secretary, effective 31 December
2024, to pursue a career opportunity outside the group. The Board extends its gratitude to Elizna for her 11 years of
dedicated service and valuable contributions to the group, as well as her support of the Board and Platinum
Management Committee.

The Board will commence a succession process and will appoint a Company Secretary in due course.
